We have recently come into possession of an extremely rare copy of the 1814 first edition of Walker's 'Costume of Yorkshire'. It is one of a handful of 'proof before letter' copies, with the prints in two states, hand-colured and uncoloured, and titles written in pencil. It is a particularly fine and attractive copy.
