The quintessential country bookshop, beautifully situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park on the Duke of Devonshire's Yorkshire estate and close to the much visited twelfth century Bolton Priory on the banks of the River Wharfe.
The shop is in the centre of the village, has ample customer parking to the rear, and is a short walk from the Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel.
Dating from the 18th Century the mullioned facade opens onto three rooms offering a wide selection of antiquarian, rare and out of print books, available to callers and our internet customers.
The partners Adam Yates and Andrew Sharpe look forward to welcoming customers old and new, together with trade callers, to their most attractive and well-appointed bookshop.
